EFFICIENT NEUTRAL CLEANER FOR COLD SPRAYING: LCT Power Star 225 RDN-MOD is a mildly alkaline cleaner specially designed for cleaning workpieces made of iron, steel, cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.
VERSATILE APPLICATION: Ideal for intermediate and final cleaning in single or multi-chamber washing systems, as well as in spray washing and flood processes. It can also be used as a corrosion protection additive.
EFFECTIVE PROPERTIES: This cleaner cleans, degreases, and passivates in a single step. It leaves a water-soluble, transparent corrosion protection film on the treated parts and meets corrosion grade 0 in a 2% solution according to DIN 51360 Part 2.
COLD SPRAYABLE: The concentrate can be used at concentrations of 0.5 - 5%, depending on the degree of contamination and required corrosion protection, at operating temperatures ranging from 20 - 70°C.
