It excels in intermediate and final cleaning in single or multi-chamber washing systems. You can use it in spray and flood processes to achieve outstanding results. Additionally, it serves as an effective corrosion protection additive.
CONVINCING FEATURES: The neutral cleaner is mildly alkaline, making it gentle in its application. It cleans, degreases, and passivates in a single operation. After use, it leaves a water-soluble, transparent corrosion protection film on the treated parts. Our product achieves corrosion grade 0 in a 2% solution according to DIN 51360 Part 2. It is suitable for both cold and high-pressure spraying applications and exhibits strong demulsifying properties.
SIMPLE APPLICATION METHOD: The concentration varies depending on the degree of contamination and the desired level of corrosion protection, typically ranging from 0.5 to 5%. The cleaner can be used within a temperature range of 20 - 70°C.
